Shipping and returns

Shipping:

Our staff will ship your order as quickly as possible. We will send your package within 1-2 working days. Get free shipping in Denmark when you buy for 200 DKK and above. Get free shipping in Europe when you buy for 500 DKK and above.

You can also pickup your order in store. Just choose "pick up" at checkout.
 

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility of returning the item to us. The return has to be paid by the buyer. If you want to return your unwanted items, you have to visit a GLS- parcelshop with your package and buy a returnlabel. We accept the returned items within 14 days. You may try on the clothes, but the items should be returned in the same condition as when received: unwashed, not used and with the original tag attached. If the items are not received in this condition, we will refuse your return and send it back to you. It is not possible to exchange your order to another product, but you can change it to a different size. When we receive your return, the money will be back at the card you used within 5-7 days.

Please note that items bought physically in store can not be refunded. Items bought on sale in store can not be exchanged, nor refunded. 

Compliants:

You have the right to make a compliant within two years from the purchase date. You must be able to show the original purchase receipt, otherwise your compliant may be declined. 

Gift cards, vouchers and credit notes expire two years from the day it was issued. This applies both online and in store.
